Gems of Istigkeit

With the help of computation, thinking process is transformed into geometric patterning, which illustrates an imaginary metaphysical reality, simulating the journey of a travelling mind. Travelling through the animated virtual space, reflected from the lens of gems, the constantly altering mind intends to follow a cyclic algorithm that unconsciously seeks to evolve and break the loop. 

“Istigkeit” in German means “Isness”, representing an in-between state of being and not-being. There exists a spectrum of Istigkeit of all existing categories, each shining like unprocessed  gems. 'Gems of Istigkeit' challenges the normalised dualistic judgement of existence, propel the development of experiments on exploring the spectral-state of existence. Everything itself is a celebration of diversity.
